The sales department called, demanding money without a service agreement in place. My truck had an excess of 200 miles driven. My fuel was used up. The truck came back with paint spray all over the sid,e across the mirrors, glass, and back window. The truck was very dirty. THERE IS PAINT ON MY DRIVER'S SEAT INSIDE. VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY. You took over ten days to fix the problem; meanwhile, I was driving a mini SUV that had minimal service to me compared to my truck. I'm pretty close to considering a BBB report and Google Review.

The experience reflected what has unfortunately become the norm in today’s customer service—adequate, but far from exceptional. This pertains to management's decision to heavily utilize technology, instead of face-to-face interactions. It started off well: I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. However, once I was seated in the lobby, there was no personal interaction or update regarding my vehicle. While I did receive multiple text notifications about the progress of the service, the lack of face-to-face communication felt impersonal. Upon leaving the dealership, I immediately noticed the oil-change sensor had not been reset. I returned right away, and the issue was quickly resolved. That said, I’d like to commend two outstanding employees during check-out—Ana, the service department cashier, and Bill, the service advisor. Their friendly demeanor, helpful attitude, and genuine customer support truly stood out and elevated the overall experience. Bring back the personal touch within the 'Service Dept' of the automotive industry.

While our overall buying experience at Temecula Valley Buick GMC was just okay, we want to highlight the excellent service provided by Christian. Christian was very responsive and attentive. However, the dealership’s lack of transparency regarding online advertising and the actual deal presented was frustrating. The discrepancy between advertised prices and the final numbers during negotiations, particularly regarding dealer-installed aftermarket parts, was significant and impacted our trust. Specifically, being presented with a $21,000 charge for a lift, wheels, and tires, when the actual installation cost was $11,000, left us questioning the markup and value offered. To truly improve, Temecula Valley Buick GMC needs to: • Enhance online to in-store transparency: Ensure advertised pricing and vehicle details accurately reflect what customers will encounter on the lot. • Streamline negotiations: Make the negotiation process clearer and more straightforward, avoiding unexpected changes and inflated pricing, especially for add-ons like aftermarket parts. Improved transparency in pricing and a fair approach to aftermarket parts would significantly enhance the overall customer experience and build greater trust with your buyers, attracting more positive feedback in the future.

We have brought in our vehicle more times than we can count. The last few times we were assigned to Emerson. We explain all of the problems we are having, and he continues to lie and gaslight us into thinking we don't have any problems. He also claimed our brakes and rotors were bad and that it would cost us $830+ to fix. We explained that the brake monitoring system is bad not the brakes. He went as far as to say the service techs physically checked them. We took our Acadia to 2 different businesses, both stating our brakes and rotors are completely fine. It was obvious, Emerson is only in it for the money and has terrible customer service.

I brought in my 2024 GMC Sierra AT4X 2500 HD for routine maintenance (twice). The staff were super friendly and easy to work with—check-in was smooth, and everyone was polite and professional. That said, on both service appts. the actual service felt a bit underwhelming. Nothing went wrong, but it also didn’t feel especially thorough or well-communicated. On both occasions, I had asked for certain things to get done (tire rotation, DEF fluid added, multiple issues troubleshot) and on both times, the things that I had asked for were either ignored or miscommunicated and not taken care of. Overall, great people and no major issues, but for a truck like this—and a dealership service—I expected a bit more attention to detail and communication.

The other day on my way back from working out my big screen on my car went out. I called Bill and he said bring your car in. My car is under warranty and he quickly took my car in and I had a beautiful rental all in the matter of 30 min. Just incredible. They kept it overnight and my car was ready in the am. A GMC dealer in Laguna Niguel damaged my 2024 GMC 2500 Denali truck during a routine oil change to the point that it couldn't driven. I would not accept a repair so the dealer ordered a new truck for me. When that truck arrived it had some minor damage so I would not accept that truck. After a 2 1/2 month ordeal and having lost confidence with that dealer, I began to look around for another dealer. Temecula Valley Buick GMC had the exact truck that I was looking for in stock. I submitted a request for information and Moe Aljoboori promptly followed up on my request which led to a phone conversation about the truck. He explained the equipment on the vehicle and they were able to meet my price request after a short conversation. We made the deal over the phone and I went the next morning to take delivery of the truck. Everything was as promised and the truck was all detailed and ready to drive home. The courteousness and friendliness of all of the folks that I interacted with (Moe, Rigo and Sean) was great. After being jerked around by another dealer, TV Buick GMC made me feel like a customer should feel like when buying a vehicle, let alone a $100K vehicle. Now that I have established a relationship with them, I will return in the future to make additional purchases.

My service advisor Michael was informative and efficient with processing my recall service request. He was able to satisfy my online request for a loaner vehicle. Communication was clear and timely. However, upon returning the loaner vehicle, it took over an hour. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 AM before the service center opened. Saturdays seem to be a busy day for one service advisor and a receptionist handling all the loaner returns and paperwork. Upon the receptionist arrival at 8:00 AM, she was more focused on putting water in the fridge and snacks in the lounge without any greetings to a lobby full of customers. Many customers were getting irritated and were making comments about the service and not being acknowledged. I stood in front of the receptionist desk for literally 25 minutes before she greeted me and asked if I was waiting for her. Being in the service business this is not a great example for the dealership and can cause a loss of customers. I would highly encourage some immediate training on Customer Satisfaction.

Dear Temecula Valley Buick GMC Team, I purchased a new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 sight-unseen with delivery, as I’m seven hours away. Post-sale, the salesman provided poor communication—no proactive updates, going 2-3 days silent, forcing me to chase status. When I asked if I could get the transport service contact information, I was told “They don’t give us that information, I suggest you keep your phone near in case they reach out to you” I was originally told possibly late Thursday, if not Friday delivery, then it was Saturday. Vehicle arrived on Monday. Upon arrival, the truck was dirty (requiring immediate wash to inspect), had less than 1/4 tank of fuel tank, and revealed 2-3 small paint chips. Supposedly, the truck had ceramic coating applied, but there’s no information on that in the truck. I was told it wasn’t warranted, which is fine. But, I thought there would at be a little information on it. (Brand, how long to expect it to last, etc.) Aftet washing it, I doubt that it was treated because I have other ceramic coated vehicles and they’re a lot easier to wash and dry than this one. Hardly any beading. Windows water stained. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Lessons learned. These issues fell short of expectations for a reputable dealership on a premium new vehicle.I expected better preparation and service. Sincerely, Josh Cartwright

Last Straw. The Service Department has an ineffective communication system and poor customer service. Vehicle updates are provided only by text or phone call, with no effort to speak with customers in the lobby or use the speaker system to alert customers. If a call is missed, your cars service is immediately stopped, placed on hold, until communication is established. This issue has occurred multiple times. When I raised my concerns with the Service Manager, Fred Hays, he appeared disinterested and suggested I take my business elsewhere. While he did check on my vehicle, his response was unprofessional and disappointing. I was considering the purchase of a 2026 vehicle, but due to these repeated bad experiences, this dealership has lost a loyal GMC customer.

This was my first experience with Temecula Valley Buick, and I must say they exceeded my expectations.
